However, their desire for mentorship is completely corrupted as many aim at what they can get. Thus, many try to manipulate their way to get what they what. But what they fail to recognize is that true mentorship relationship is one in which a mentor and a mentee meet on an on-going basis to help the mentee develop themselves in character transformation, leadership skills and career goals; a cordial and understanding relationship that provides stability and creates a support system which is intended to be sustained in a lifetime.
